About Moyako Block Puzzle

Moyako Block Puzzle is a spatial-reasoning classic: drag falling shapes onto a grid, complete full rows or columns to clear them, and keep going until the board runs out of legal placements. Three difficulty tiers — Easy (slower drop, larger grid), Medium, Hard (faster drop, tighter grid) — scale challenge without changing the core rules. A typical run lasts 3 to 10 minutes and every high score feeds your daily streak and leaderboard rank.

How to Play

Pick a difficulty tier and press Start Block Puzzle.
Three block shapes appear below the grid. Drag any shape onto the board — valid positions light up green, invalid ones red.
Fill a complete row or column to clear it. Clearing multiple lines at once scores combo bonuses.
Three new shapes appear once the current batch is placed. The game ends when none of the remaining shapes fits anywhere.
The grid does not auto-drop — you pick the order. Plan placements for the long run, not just the next move.

Skills Used

Spatial Reasoning — mentally rotating and fitting shapes into tight gaps.
Planning — thinking two or three shapes ahead so you don't paint the board into a corner.
Pattern Recognition — spotting which row or column is one block away from clearing.
Inhibition Control — resisting the urge to place the easiest shape first when a harder shape is about to arrive.

Tips for Better Play

Prioritise flat surfaces. Rough terrain creates one-cell gaps that only a few shapes fit.
Clear the longest dimension first — a completed column is worth the same as a row but opens more future placements.
Save big L-shapes and T-shapes for when the board is nearly full; they fit where straight pieces won't.
When two shapes can go in the same spot, place the less-flexible one first.
